Since 1974, Victor Zolezzi has been buying, selling, developing, and renovating residential real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. His extensive background in the construction and the building industries set a strong foundation in his knowledge of all real estate sectors - residential, commercial, industrial and retail. Victor has a broad background in contracting law, business law, real estate law, document management and finance. Linda was born and raised in San Francisco. Being a native San Franciscan has enabled her to be quite familiar with the San Francisco neighborhoods. She now resides on the San Francisco Peninsula, and has enjoyed Peninsula property ownership for many years. Being associated with the Coldwell Banker Burlingame office optimizes Linda’s strong familiarity with the local areas and market place, thus providing an added benefit and advantage to her clients.
Her high level customer service ethic was first forged as a young professional in her years of providing personalized service to her clients in her family owned travel agency. Linda was personally responsible for the highly detailed planning and the escorting of travel groups to various destinations on cruises and land vacations. This resulted in developing a genuine and sincere concern to always meet her client’s wants and needs, and exceeding their expectations.
Linda also served many years with a major international shipping corporation. She was specifically responsible for meeting the needs of high profile, high volume clients in the preferred customer sector, for both domestic and international shipments. Working with complicated document processing, time sensitive deadlines and attention to detail, prepared Linda for the real estate industry.
